The University of Bremen and Bielefeld has organized a study group for naive user data analysis in virtual reality. The objective of the study group is to ask naive users to participate in virtual reality game scenarios for everyday activities. The experiments will be logged as episodic memory and later be used for training robot agents based on user preferences.
During this research, we are using and extending an existing RobCog framework to accommodate everyday activities such as pouring, cutting, wiping, opening a dishwasher or drawer, and many more. The planned user study will analyze various virtual reality input methods such as two types of standard controllers and a manus hand glove.
